What lies behind the Tikkun<\/i> was the binding together of two emanations — that of Adam<\/i> Kadmon<\/i>\u2019s \u201cforehead\u201d and \u201ceyes\u201d, which are MaH<\/i> and BaN<\/i><\/b> [1]. That\u2019s to say that Tikkun<\/i> is brought about when male (MaH<\/i>) and female (BaN<\/i>) join together.<\/p>\n
In his comments here Ramchal refers to the \u201cbalance-scale\u201d spoken of in the Zohar [2], which alludes to the great harmonizing that\u2019s necessary for and is a product of Tikkun<\/i>. He\u2019ll illustrate that below, in Petach<\/i> 69.<\/b><\/p>\n
