As Ramchal explains in his comments here, human phenomena like \u201ccoupling\u201d, \u201cpregnancy\u201d, \u201cbirth\u201d and the like are used here because, \u201cas we know, the entire Tikkun<\/i>-process is connected to the \u2026 mystical notion of \u2018the likeness of man\u2019\u201d. That\u2019s to say that human expressions and concepts are used to explain these sorts of supernal ones because the two are analogous.<\/p>\n
