So we\u2019re told that this root <\/strong>— i.e., the interactions of MaH<\/em> and Ban<\/em> — cannot be revealed<\/strong>, which is why it will also be referred to as Radlah<\/em>, i.e., Reisha<\/em> d\u2019La<\/em> Ityada<\/em>, \u201cThe Unfathomable Head\u201d [1]. <\/strong>It can\u2019t be revealed because it\u2019s rooted in God\u2019s \u201chidden agenda\u201d [2]. In fact, <\/strong>Divine governance is entirety dependent on its being concealed, for <\/strong>when it\u2019s concealed people engage in their affairs out of free will while God carries out His <\/strong>own hidden<\/em> agenda <\/strong>in the background which is based on His foreknowledge. As such, it\u2019s the concealment itself that allows for Tikkun<\/em><\/strong>, i.e., the revelation of God\u2019s Yichud<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Accordingly, there is <\/strong>on one hand the <\/strong>overt order that God Himself displays which involves the order of Atzilut<\/em><\/strong> with its various Partzufim<\/em><\/strong> Erich<\/em>, Abbah<\/em>, Imma<\/em>, Zeir<\/em> Anpin<\/em>, and Nukveh <\/em>which are all rooted in free will, right and wrong and the like, while <\/strong>on the other hand there\u2019s the concealed root <\/strong>i.e., Radlah<\/em> that\u2019s based on the fact that MaH<\/em> is conjoined with BaN<\/em>, which is covert <\/strong>and rooted in Divine foreknowledge [3].<\/strong><\/p>\n

So we now have a deeper understanding of Ramchal\u2019s viewpoint on free will versus foreknowledge. It comes to this.<\/p>\n
