As such, <\/strong>all of these <\/strong>various combinations <\/strong>of MaH<\/em> and BaN<\/em> rule <\/strong>the world’s circumstances all of the time<\/strong>, as opposed to other lights which rule at specific moments. And<\/strong> God\u2019s<\/strong> governance<\/strong> turns<\/strong>, i.e., it involves itself and plays a role in it all, from one <\/strong>thing to the other in all instances, be they identical, contradictory, or opposite — <\/strong>this last point alludes the apparent anomalies in Radlah<\/em> referred to above.<\/p>\n

Since <\/strong>God\u2019s governance functions in every aspect <\/strong>of reality. In addition, the states of the Partzufim<\/em> shift <\/strong>from one to the other in the mode of “running and returning”<\/strong>, i.e., skipping about and going back and forth instantly as the Chayot<\/em>-angels did in the verse that reads, “And the Chayot<\/em> would run and return, like sparks” (Ezekiel 1:14). <\/strong><\/p>\n
