Ramchal ends this section with the assertion in Petach<\/em> 23 that the<\/strong> (Divine) names \u2026 enable the Lights to bring about actions <\/strong>in the physical world; and he then adds the idea that the Torah encompasses all those names <\/strong>that went into actualizing things in this world, which is why it\u2019s referred to as God\u2019s \u201ctool\u201d<\/strong> for creation [1].<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019ll next see what Ramchal says about the Torah in general in other writings.<\/p>\n
