On the one hand, <em>rah<\/em> is rooted in and a means of accomplishing God\u2019s ultimate end, while on the other it\u2019s rooted in a division in the upper realms.<\/p>\n<p>As he says in <em>Adir<\/em> <em>Bamarom<\/em> (p. 393), God wants to \u201cexpress utter beneficence\u201d, and the greatest proof of that is the fact \u201ceven <em>rah<\/em> itself is to be turned back to goodness\u201d.
